USA - Can a person actually buy and receive a DJI Matrice 400 outfitted for public safety operations in the USA right now?
Preference would be Zenmuse H30T Gimbal, S1 spotlight and V1 loudspeaker. Also would want the BS100 battery station and three TB100 batteries. Part 107 pilot flying search and rescue operations, looking to upgrade the fleet. Aware of the 'DJI ban' but under the impression that for now we could buy and operate the 400, hoping the restrictions do not get worse and the 400 will give several years of service as one of the better currently available units in the USA.
DJI matrice 4e or 4t
I’m trying to decide on witch one to go with , i would like the best images I can get just for mapping but i also have involvement with rural fire fighting Btw my mapping is just getting aerial images , stich them together and hand them on to client , would the 4t be any good for me ?

Mavic 3E vs Matrice 4E
We are a small company doing mapping and 3D modeling of rather large urban areas as part of municipal contracts. We are committed to DJI ecosystem and our work flow includes Flight Hub 2 for routes planning, Mavic 3E & Matrice 4E drones for capturing ortho and oblique and finally Terra and Modify for post processing. I do the flying and my partner does the flight planning and post processing. Problem is he constantly complains (and I’ve seen it too) that the oblique pictures quality of the Mavic 3E is significantly better than that of the Matrice 4E when shooting in Smart Oblique mode. I do not play around with camera settings as I do not have extensive photography knowledge so I just leave everything on Auto. So we end up doing 5-pass Oblique capture which takes a huge amount of time as we cover large areas.
